Battle-Space Awareness Support Services SBSA is a SPAWAR System Center Atlantic (SSC-Atlantic) indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee with fixed-price-incentive (firm target) and firm-fixed-price provisions, multiple award contract for the procurement of Battle-Space Awareness support services including the entire spectrum of non-inherently governmental services and solutions (equipment and services) associated with the full system lifecycle support including research, development, integration, test, evaluation, production and fielding of sustainable, secure, survivable, and interoperable Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (C5ISR), Information Operations, Enterprise Information Services (EIS) and Space capabilities. Although not limited beyond the description above, this contract has a primary focus on mission capabilities within the Battle-space Awareness (BA) Portfolio.


SSC-Atlantic C4ISR Tactical Vehicle Engineering and Prototyping Support Services IDIQ

BAE Systems Technology Solutions & Services, Inc., Rockville, Md. was awarded a SPAWAR System Center Atlantic (SSC-Atlantic) indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price, multiple award contract for engineering and prototyping integration, software integration, and technical support services required to define, fabricate/prototype, inspect, test, evaluate, and deliver integrated prototype systems, or other equipment, for installation in strategic and tactical vehicles, and life cycle support of various C4ISR requirements, programs such as Marine Corps (Up-Armored HMMWV (UAH), Joint Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Rapid Responded Vehicle (JERRV), Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicles and other Department of Defense (DOD) vehicles platforms, Navy C4ISR tactical vehicles and Marine Corps C4ISR tactical vehicles and other tactical vehicles. The C4ISR tactical vehicles programs/projects are comprised of integrating a number of communications, command and control systems and other special equipment into the vehicle. Scope also includes the capacity to modernize or introduce transformational technologies into systems and technical support services to the Enterprise Systems Engineering – Net Centric Engineering and Integration Competency/Command and Control Competency. United Federal Systems, Inc. is a subcontractor to BAE Systems.

The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Centers (SPAWARSYSYCENs) is a Navy Working Capital Fund (NWCF) Engineering Centers that supports a wide variety DoD and other Federal agencies based on respective mission requirements. The primary mission is to enable knowledge superiority for the Joint Warfighter through the development, acquisition, and life cycle support of effective, integrated Command, Control, Communication, Computer, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) capabilities. The scope of this contract includes the procurement and delivery of relevant Command and Control (C2) commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) equipment and associated incidental services necessary to perform the SPAWAR mission within the SSC LANT Command and Control Competency 5.3 Area. Equipment identified in this contract will support SSC LANT in providing fixed price commercial off-the shelf (COTS) equipment to DoD and Federal Civilian Agencies that will meet existing and future mission support requirements. The SPAWARSYSCENs are responsible for the acquisition, integration, fielding, and logistics support of ISR/IO/IA systems for the DoD and Civil Federal Agencies throughout the Government. Tasking shall include the following: Equipment/System/Supply Procurement; Technical Support Services; Digital Product/Technical Data and Program Integrated Digital Environment (IDE); and Program Management.

The primary mission is to enable knowledge superiority for the Joint War fighter through the development, acquisition and life cycle support of effective, integrated Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) capabilities. The SPAWARSYSCENs are responsible for the acquisition, integration, fielding, and logistics support of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) network and communications systems for the DoD and Civil Federal Agencies throughout Government. This contract provides SPAWARSYSCENs a means to obtain Communications products and associated incidental support. Equipment identified in this contract will support SPAWARSYSCENs in providing commercial off the shelf equipment to DoD and Federal Civilian Agencies that will meet existing and future mission support requirements. The scope of this contract includes any COTS equipment and associated incidental services necessary to perform the SPAWAR mission within the Code 5.5 Communication Engineering Networks Competency Area. Tasking shall include the following: Equipment/System/Supply Procurement; Technical Support Services; Digital Product/Technical Data and Program Integrated Digital Environment (IDE); and Program Management.
