Our services and products provide advanced technologies and innovative system solutions for Defense and Intelligence C4ISR customers. We provide full-life-cycle services from concept design and rapid prototyping to COTS integration and post-fielding support. We specialize in custom hardware engineering, design, prototyping and manufacturing; integration, training and support; and geospatial software engineering and development.

Advanced Management Strategies Group, Inc. (AMSG) is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that provides an agile and responsive capability, with core services built around Program Support Services, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes and tools, Systems Engineering, and IT Services management. We currently support the Marine Corps and are pursuing opportunities with other DOD agencies, the U.S. Army and the Department of Homeland Security. AMSG currently supports the Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) Product Group (PG) 09, PM C4 Systems, PG10, PM Total Force Information Technology Systems (TFITS) and the Total Force Structure (TFSMS) Engineering Team, and the Program Executive Office (PEO), Land Systems, PM Common Aviation Command and Control System (CAC2S). AMSG has also been actively involved with key Marine Corps systems development efforts, providing planning for implementation of a USMC Integrated Digital Environment (IDE), a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) integration using Siemens Team Center PLM Software and AMSG previously supported the Prepositioning Decision Support Analysis Tool (PDSAT), a USMC pre-positioning support effort that enhances the Marine Corps ability to rapidly plan for and implement changes to prepositioned equipment quantities. AMSG currently has offices in Virginia, and ongoing efforts in South Carolina, and Georgia. AMSG was incorporated in November of 2004 and continues to emphasize quality results through disciplined processes and employee training and professional development. 100% of AMSGs leadership holds advanced degrees and over 75% hold a PMP or other Technical Certification.
Aspex provides innovative and cost effective solutions in three primary areas: (1) Database Design and Development, (2) Software Engineering, and (3) Systems Engineering. Aspex has worked on systems from very large intelligence databases including tasking, data collection, data mining, data fusion, and analysis, to small systems developing more user friendly web-enabled databases saving the customer significant time and money. Aspex provides Business Process Reengineering as part of its System and Database Architecture, design, development and life cycle support processes. All of our enterprise systems are web-enabled, primarily using secure technologies over intranets. All of our projects follow the customers (Treasury, DOD, Army, etc.) System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, and most of the current projects follow and are developed within a CMMI (Level II) environment. Aspex also provides people experienced in contingency planning and disaster preparedness/recovery of the applications and databases it developed.
iGov, headquartered in Mclean, Virginia, is a Federal Systems Integrator that specializes in R&D, systems engineering, software engineering, integration, deployment, training and life-cycle sustainment of customized COTS/GOTS systems. We have a Top Secret facility clearance at our 100,000 square foot integration center in Tampa, Florida where we also have our R&D Lab and warehouse. We have multiple TS / SCI cleared engineers with numerous degrees and technical certifications. We also have a value added reseller unit through which we offer products and solutions in the following areas: Enterprise IT Infrastructure, ISR and Tactical Communications.
Reinventing Geospatial, Inc. (RGi) is a small business incorporated in 2009 with over 65 years of contracting experience in communities relevant to the mission of the Army Geospatial Center (AGC). Reinventing Geospatial provides consulting, engineering, research and development (R&D), and prototyping solutions improving the Warfighter’s ability to collect, generate, store, process, exploit, and disseminate geospatial data and information. We have the knowledge and experience of providing research, development, engineering, analysis and operations support to the AGC. Reinventing Geospatial aims to provide the broader community with expert advice in the research and development of large complex geospatial systems, system of systems, family of systems, and enterprise. In 2010 alone, we developed over 40 technical reports identifying the collaboration and interoperability gaps in geospatial science and technology between the various Tactical Command, Control, Computers, Communication, Intelligence, Surveillance, & Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Programs of Record (PORs).
SelectTech Services Corporation (SelectTech), incorporated in November 1981, is a small business located in Centerville, OH. The Company’s primary focus is on the provision of best-value, low-risk on-site information technology, enterprise telephony, and engineering services for our customers. SelectTech has supported and continues to support many research, development, test and evaluation (RDT&E) projects within the Air Force Research Laboratories (AFRL) at Wright Patterson AFB. Our personnel were instrumental in all aspects of the roll-on, roll-off airborne and ground based communication systems such as the Silver Bullet, the Steel Eagle Command and Control Modules, the Senior Leader In-transit Conference Capsule, and the VIPER Secure Airborne Communications Systems from concept development, production, test and through operational deployment and system sustainment. More recently, SelectTech has built and fielded Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) ground stations to include all ground infrastructure to enable autonomous operations. SelectTech has the experience and qualified personnel to provide the RDT&E, manufacturing, integration of electronics and communications equipment and operator/maintainer training that supports airborne networks, networked communications systems, and satellite communications for our warfighters. SelectTech recently opened a new advanced manufacturing and test facility in Springfield, OH next to the Air National Guard base to enable rapid prototyping and advanced manufacturing with electronics/communications test and structural integration capabilities. The facility enables easy delivery of our manufactured products for our Air Force customers, as well as, follow-on maintenance and sustainment for our delivered products. Additionally, SelectTech has the unique capability to design, conduct, host, and support flight tests and flight test activities. United Computer Products Co., Inc. (UCP) - OPTIA® provides rugged and semi-rugged system solutions, providing best value hardware and software COTS, as well as, custom products. We specialize in hardware design and manufacturing, as well as, provide related services such as HW engineering, prototyping, integration, HW training, and support. Our rugged hardware product line, OPTIA®, includes portable and rack-mount servers, workstations, monitors, and storage devices. We modify our existing products or custom design and build new products to meet customer requirements. Design and rapid prototyping is one of our specialties. We internally invest in R&D improving our products with the latest technologies. UCP OPTIA® can modify existing products or custom design and build new products to meet customer requirements. UCP OPTIA® is located in Pennsylvania at their 14,000 sq ft manufacturing and integration facility in Altoona, PA.
